STANDARD FEATURES AND OPTIONS:
BEARING PROTECTION: Protection against bearing contamination. The lower gearbox output shaft has four seals to keep contaminants out.
ADJUSTABLE SHEAR PLATE: Adjustable shear plate located close to the propeller chops and homogenizes material for a more uniform consistent blend.
ANCHORED PIVOT: An anchored pivot is included as standard equipment to allow you to precisely position the agitator to agitate the entire pit. Plate must be lagged to a concrete pad or curb.
FOOT LOCKING PEDAL: Foot locking pedal allows rotation of the agitator to handle many types of slurry waste and improve pit cleanout.
OIL RESERVOIR: Easy access to oil reservoir. End guessing – inspect oil level conveniently. A large fill hole allows easy access for adding oil to the gearbox. (Patz recommends using a non-detergent oil.)
AGITATION VOLUMES: Choice of agitation volumes. Patz offers a choice of electric motors (7-1/2, 10 or 15 HP) and pulleys to match your agitation requirements.
UNIQUE SEAL SYSTEM: Unique seal system extends gearbox bearing life. Gearbox bearing seals can be purged every 8 hours.
